Wednesday, October 29, 2008 It seems like recently whenever I wanted to blog, there would be something that keeps me occupied. Work is going all well, not too much of a change. Just that I've got a new colleauge, Desmond. He came for work on Thursday, and together, we worked on the packing of "Lexus Modular Vol. 4" sample boxes. Went to Global sounds on Friday night, just nice, it was a halloween week so the place was well decorated up. Went #tshirt channel outing on Saturday at Bugis, played some pool and went home after which. On Sunday, I was back in office to pack up the remaining samples and then going through all the emails, settling the minor minor stuffs. Monday, Deepavali, I went cycling to ECP and then back to office to work on the dividers. I only left the office at 6pm. Typical working week starts on Tuesday this time round... oh yes, forgot to mention, school finally starts on 18 Nov and I'll be heading to Dhoby Ghaut's MDIS campus. hurhur. aRcHeMisT posted at 9:51 AM.
Wednesday, October 22, 2008 The usual same routine of going to work, home, dinner and sleep. Anyway, I had lunch with my boss on Friday afternoon. We went to one of the nearby shophouses where there's this coffeeshop (the ultra old style). Simple meal but very gd. Met up with bellx- and lolli and Jack at Cine, together, we went to ECP for dinner. I went out on Saturday to join friends at MS for pool... I played billards though. Anyway, I left the place early since I am meeting Jack at Global Sounds. bellx- and lolli joined us later on and we only went home at 4am in the morning. I played badminton with dez c-foo, his friends and Jack on Sunday at Clementi CC. after which we went to Queensway shopping centre sice I wanted to restring my badminton rackets. The plan was abolished since it is unlikely that I will get all my 6 rackets restrung on the day itself. I went home after that. Mondays are never blue unless you don't have any music to go along with it. Followed up on alot of assignments and of course, trying to free up some time for my 2 current ongoing tasks, working on a flash catalogue and also the company's website. Thursday, October 16, 2008 Blogging while stuck in office doing PC maintenance. It seems like this is the first time I am leaving my office very very late. Anyway, work is getting more and more hectic by the days since Ann left the organization. Im just man-handling too many things. I would need some time to digest off the load. I went out with JK, Eileen and her friend yest. after my work. Stroll around Bugis though. Im so tired that I dropped dead once after having my dinner, bath and changing of bedsheets. Im wondering when will my school start. Can't wait to study, get my degree and f*** off. Taking things very lightly recently... I can't really be bothered with whether people stays or go. He was home for the past 2 weeks, not really in a very good mood since. I did not really talk. The usual saying works well... "teh gong teh siao" (act blur act crazy). Monday, October 13, 2008 I enjoyed my long weekend. =X But with abit of hole in my pocket... Anyway, everything went on well. I went out with the same group of friends on Friday night for dinner, bowling on Saturday and lastly dinner on Sunday. Solid... solid enough to steer me for work. =) Monday is never blues if you found the motivation to work. Oh yar, need to thank that JK for sending me 迷路兵 - 三角形 entire album. Thursday, October 9, 2008 Finally, I managed to catch a breath for myself after a long week. Office for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday were all about fine tuning of the codings. I wonder what the hell am I doing with all the IT stuff again... =/ Anyway, I was reading the news nowadays since I managed to get a copy of Today every morning when I go to work. They were all about the financial crisis that the Americans were facing, the slowing down of markets and worse of all; the increase in our living standards. First, the hike in our transportation, then followed by the utilities, the price of our local papers (don't really buy papers unless major news), cost of my meals (average increase of 50 cents per meal) and then our household phone bills and what's next? I suppose I have to thrift furthermore. Today should be a much more relaxing day since my boss went to Jakarta, Indonesia for business trip. He will only be back next Monday. Sunday, October 5, 2008 Workaholic for my weekend... spending almost the entire day in office working on an entire flash catalogue for my boss. To be frank, I am not very good with flash and to be able to churn out something in a short period of 4 days is totally nuts. Thursday, October 2, 2008 First and foremost... salutes to the late Mr. J.B. Jeyaretnam, a veteran opposition politician who passed away on the 30th Sep. I believe that Singapore must have ooposition leaders like him so that the regime & actions of the Lee father and son will be questioned and be accounted for constantly. Speaking of which... they better not have any funny antics like those of Chen Shui-Bian; the former president of Taiwan. Work is as per normal and to the Muslim friends, Selamat Hari Raya Adilfitri. I managed to make a break for myself and went out with friends to Sentosa. Wanted to tan but ended up did a bit of swimming and ball games. I did not join the group to have dinner at Seoul Gardens and I went home straight after which. Gotta pia work for the following few days... damn. *Prays hard* aRcHeMisT posted at 10:14 AM.
