Tuesday, September 30, 2008 Crazy day for me on Thursday, I was totally busy handling alot of things in the office. Hardly catch my breathe and the only point of time where I could have a rest is during my lunch time. I applied for off on Friday to handle all my payments for my degree course at MDIS. The admin is totally crap. They mailed me a hard copy letter; short of a payment copy. The customer service over the telephone is rubbish too... keep transfering the line here and there. To think I have to pay another 600 bucks for the University Associate membership, plus the GST... Nvm, whatever it is, Im heading back to school, taking a BSc (Hons) in Business & Management Studies (Accredited by Bradford University) I did not go anywhere on Saturday since I am already in a very poor state, same for Sunday. I kept playing with my PSP for the 2 days, watching F1 Singapore Grand Prix at home on Sunday and listening to Jay's new album 魔杰座. Seriously... the new album is not that fantastic, not much of a surprise and in fact 1 of the worse? aRcHeMisT posted at 9:08 AM.
Wednesday, September 24, 2008 I have wanted to blog for the past week yet too many things came crashing one by one. Did alot of crazy things though but I am enjoying it somehow I suppose. Last Saturday, I went to this new pub at Boat Quay called Chambers with Jack. The crowd seems good enough for me. Both of us shared 10 bottles of beer and with me having an extra can of Kilkenny. After which, we went to Geylang for supper. A really big eye opener for me... saw alot of foreign workers, underground gambling dens, whorehouses, people selling weed in open streets... really a crazy and chaotic place. No wonder my mum insisted that we shift out of the rented apartment in Geylang Lor 3 when I was still a very young kid. Lost my bunch of keys on Sunday, yes... the entire bunch. Damn. The hassle of duplicating so my house keys, office apartment keys and etc. Anyway, I went out with Jack on Monday night again to catch a show, Bangkok Dangerous by Nicholas Cage. Good show, good twist but bad ending. I went home straight after that. Well... I am listening to this 2 nice band recently, Trading Yesterday & The Age Of Information... Monday, September 15, 2008 The usual routine of going to work, work and more work. But at least, I do spent some time off with friends. I went out with Seth and his gf plus June on Wednesday night. We went Ajisen at PS and I ordered a seafood ramen. The soup base is sweet... Went home after that. I went to Pink's house for bbq on Friday night after work; but before that, I went to visit my grandparents. I didn't ate anything and I went home early. I went back to office on Saturday to settle some work and after which I went back to Yishun Fire Stn for a bbq gethering. Met alot of people and it reminds me of the good old days. I spent my entire Sunday at home since it was Mid-autumn festival. I was sick in the afternoon, having severe headache. I even vomitted. Damn. My grandparents, uncle and aunt came over to my place for dinner. Cycled out in the night to Bishan park. Saw many people playing with candles and lanterns... Tuesday, September 9, 2008 So fast... 1st week of September gone. I am adapting well to my new working environment so far. Not too much of pressure here and there and everything is going on fine. The past week was more of a same, go to work, back to home and sleep that kind of routine. I didn't went for 恐龙 birthday chalet and I didn't attend any outing with friends till weekend. There was this fire on last Friday right opp. my blk. just when I was about to get out of my house and meet pink, jerry, xbaka, june, kazio and etc at MOS. Live show going on... I went out with Jack on Saturday and we made a wasted trip to my office since the designing firm which the strike off carpet samples were supposed to send to was closed. We went rotting in town and walked over to National library to borrow books. Passed by P4 (gone) to take a look and took a bus home. I had company lunch yesterday and we went to this nearby restaurant near our office. Food is still alright... But Im thinking of going to Blooie's end of this month... aRcHeMisT posted at 8:57 AM.
Monday, September 1, 2008 It is the beginning of September and there are like another 4 more months to go before the new year arrives. It seems like there are many more things to do in order to fulfil this year's resolutions... It seems like my boss is having this habit of coming to work only in the afternoon and I am always like the only one coming to work in the morning. But not too bad, no supervision means not much of stress. 30 Aug I went paranoid for the day I guess. It has been some time since I last drank beer at home. Anyway. I took some sleeping pills along with it and then went to sleep till late afternoon. Managed to psycho Glenn to drink at Mattheiu's pub instead of going to Dbl O as what he suggested and we got ourselves pretty drunk I think. I remembered drinking bottles and bottles of beer throughout for the next 3 hours since 7pm... Joined the rest at MOS with a very very heavy head. Im just not okae. My dad came back and I didn't want to see him. 31 Aug I spent the entire day sleeping at home. The hangover gave me shits. I got my IRC nick registered again. And it seems like the old nick have this "brand recognition" thingy. xP aRcHeMisT posted at 10:12 AM.
